The 11th Annual Bakersfield Firefighters Fishing Derby and Pancake Breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, November 23, 2024, at The Park @ River Walk. The event will run from 6 AM to 12 PM.

Participants can enter for an entry fee of $25. The fishing derby will feature 25 tagged fish, with a top prize of $1,000 for the lowest numbered tagged trout caught during the event. Over 1,000 pounds of rainbow trout will be stocked for the competition. Trophies will be awarded in various age groups.

Additionally, there will be raffle prizes and a kayak raffle. Tickets can be purchased at Cope's Tackle & Rod or Bob's Bait Bucket. More information is available at www.bakersfieldfirefighters.com.
