The Ventura Family YMCA is hosting a Wellness Super Saturday on September 28, 2024. This event will feature a series of group exercise classes, including Pop Pilates, Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Senior Yoga. The schedule for the classes is as follows:

- Pop Pilates: 8:30–9:00 AM

- Yoga Flow: 9:30–10:00 AM

- Gentle Yoga: 10:30–11:00 AM

- Senior Yoga: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM

Participants are required to register for the classes, as space is limited. Those who register will also be entered into a raffle for a prize.

The event will take place at the Ventura Family YMCA, located at 3760 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003. For more information, individuals can visit the YMCA's official website at cymca.org/Ventura.
