YMCA Offers Classes for Falls Prevention Awareness Week

Falls Prevention Awareness Week is being highlighted by the Ventura Family YMCA in Ventura, California. As people age, they may experience feelings of unsteadiness or develop a fear of falling. To address these concerns, exercise classes such as SilverSneakers® and Tai Chi are offered to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility.
