Bakersfield Notes: 9/11 Ceremony and New Initiatives

This week's edition of Bakersfield Notes includes several important events and initiatives happening in the city.
A 9/11 remembrance ceremony is scheduled to occur to honor those affected by the events of September 11, 2001.
The city is also working on an Active Transportation Plan aimed at improving travel options for residents.
Additionally, there will be upcoming training sessions for CPR and First Aid.
