The Kern County Career Expo 2024 is offering job seekers the chance to work at the library and other county departments in Bakersfield, CA. The event will take place on Saturday, September 14, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the County Admin Office on 1115 Truxtun Ave. Attendees can participate in on-site interviews, apply for jobs immediately, meet hiring teams, and attend free workshops.

Job opportunities are available in various departments such as IT Services, Public Works, Health Services, Law Enforcement, and more. The event is open to all, and interested individuals can explore different career paths. Those interested can also take tests for positions like Deputy Sheriff Trainee and Sheriffs Detentions Deputy Trainee. Attendees are encouraged to bring someone along and start applying by scanning the provided QR code.
