Bakersfield FD honors 9/11 heroes with memorial piece

The Bakersfield Fire Department in California is paying tribute to the 343 FDNY firefighters and all American lives lost on September 11th, 2001. They have a piece of the North Tower as a reminder at their station. The community is invited to drive by the station to show condolences and pay tribute. An annual memorial ceremony will be held this Wednesday at 8:30 am at 1301 Buena Vista Rd. #neverforgetFaith, Hope, Honor, Duty.
